History Lesson at Gortroe Cemetery Senior classes went on an excursion to the local cemetery with Mr.Walsh this month. They studied different aspects of the location. This included rubbings of the headstones, soil examination and the study of the ruins located there.

First Holy Communion 2021 Congratulations to our wonderful pupils who received their First Holy Communion on Saturday the 11th of September. They did the school very proud. Many thanks to all involved in making the day so special for the boys and girls. Below are some beautiful photographs taken by Ger Dorgan. Welcome! A very warm welcome to all the boys and girls who have started with us this year. The children have settled in very well and have had a very busy and enjoyable time so far getting to know one another and the school. We look forward to many years of learning and fun.
